4th Jeddah International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research (JICMR 2024) is a prestigious event organized with a motivation to provide an excellent international platform to the academicians, researchers, engineers, industrial participants and budding students around the globe to share their research findings with the global experts. JICMR will be held at SARSMR conference auditorium in Jeddah, from 08th – 11th June 2024.
The key intention of JICMR-2024 is to provide the opportunity for the global participants to share their ideas and experience in person with their peers, expected to join from different parts of the world. In addition, this gathering will help the delegates to establish research or business relations as well as to find international linkages for future collaborations in their career path. We hope that JICMR-2024 outcome will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge base in these up-to-date scientific fields in scope.
REGISTRATION
(Till 11th March 2024)
SAR 2850 / GBP 600 for One Participant Registration
SAR 1450 / GBP 300 for each additional Attendee/Mahram
*Registrations will be closed after 11th March 2024.
(Participants can accompany two kids, up to the age of 5 years, without any additional fee)

Additional charges of GBP 400 will be applied for Hajj logistics.
These arrangements will include the following:
1. Transportation to Makkah, Arafat, Mina, Muzdalifah and back to Makkah.
2. Accommodation during Hajj days in Makkah, Mina, and Arafat, from 7th Dhu al-Hijjah to 13th Dhu al-Hijjah.
3 Nahr (animal sacrifice) on 10th Dhu al-Hijjah.
4. Food and laundry during these days.
5. Medical Aid, if needed.
Kids up-to age of 5 years do not need this registration.
Note:
- Visa would be of 28 days out of which SARSMR will provide 04 nights and 05 days accommodation and logistics in Jeddah, and 01 Night in Makkah. If any participant wishes to extend the stay, they may do so at their own.
- Air ticket is not included in the registration fee. SARSMR will arrange confirm tickets from its Travel Partner Airlines on 30% discount (depending upon the route and seat availability). However, participants can also buy tickets on their own.
- If, after the payment of registration fee, due to any unforeseen reason, a participant do not wish to attend the conference, he/she can ask for a refund. In this case, he/she needs to send an email to jicmr2024@sarsmr.com. The fee will be refunded after 5% deduction on account of transaction and processing charges.

Virtual Presentation
Virtual presentation is available for those who are unable to attend the conference in person due to the teaching/research load. Virtual Presentation allows participants to submit papers for refereeing and publication in the journals, exactly like a regular paper. Virtual presentations will be scheduled on the third day of the conference via Skype.
Oral Presentation
JICMR-2024 program of oral presentation allows total of 15 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions/answer session. Presentations must be in PowerPoint form only and saved on an empty USB. All participants will be required to upload presentation slides in the Preview Room one hour prior to their schedule.
Poster Presentation
A poster presentation is a way to communicate your research or your understanding of a topic in a short and concise format. It usually includes two elements – a poster and a brief (usually no more than 2 minutes) explanation. You will need to analyze and evaluate information, synthesize ideas and creatively demonstrate your understanding of a topic or the findings of your research.
Track One:
The first day of the conference i.e. 08 June, 2024 is set for the conference opening ceremony, keynote speeches, and presentations of Social Science & Business researchers.
Track Two:
The second day of the conference i.e. 09 June, 2024 is set for the daily opening ceremony, keynote speeches, and parallel presentation sessions of STEM researchers in separate allocated buildings/halls.
Track Three:
The third day of the conference i.e. 10 June, 2024 is set for the daily opening and closing ceremony, keynote speeches, and parallel virtual presentation sessions of all subjects in separate halls and will be evaluated by subject experts.
The abstract submission for JICMR-2024 is closed. Thank you very much for your overwhelming response. Our experts from partner journals are evaluating and reviewing your abstract and once the process is completed, acceptance will be issued from 10th Feb to 16th Feb 2024.
